The Fellowship of Christian Peace Officers-USA (FCPO) is a nonprofit ministry dedicated to serving the nation’s 800,000+ law enforcement officers. For more than 50 years, FCPO has united Christian peace officers who are committed to representing Jesus Christ in their profession and living out their faith both on and off duty.

In law enforcement, the challenges are real, the stakes are high, and the need for hope is constant. At FCPO-USA, we believe true transformation begins with Jesus Christ—shaping not only how officers serve, but who they become. Through encouragement, discipleship, biblical training, and a strong community of believers, we equip peace officers to live out their faith with integrity, courage, and compassion while advancing the Gospel within law enforcement.

Law enforcement officers often witness more tragedy, violence, and suffering in a week than most people experience in a lifetime. The pressures of the profession contribute to high rates of divorce, addiction, depression, and suicide. Many officers become isolated, struggle to find purpose, and learn to trust only themselves as they face the realities of the job.

FCPO provides a lifeline—pointing officers to the hope found only in Jesus Christ and connecting them through local chapters, online communities, biblical resources, and meaningful fellowship. Officers are encouraged to view their profession as a divine calling and are equipped to serve, protect, lead, and minister with a Christ-centered perspective.
