BIBLICAL TRAINING
Biblical training is at the heart of everything FCPO-USA is and does.
In law enforcement, training isn’t optional—it’s essential. Officers constantly sharpen their skills to stay ready for the challenges they face. We believe the same commitment must be applied to spiritual growth. Daily time in God’s Word is the foundation that shapes officers into the leaders, spouses, parents, and coworkers God has called them to be.
To help in this journey, each FCPO member receives the FCPO Edition Thin Blue Line Filament Bible, complete with The One Year Bible reading plan, making it easier to stay anchored in Scripture every day. We also make these Bibles available, as funding allows, to non-member officers across the nation.
Biblical training prepares officers to overcome the pressures, temptations, and darkness they encounter both on the job and in life. By building daily habits in God’s Word, they are equipped with the wisdom, strength, and character needed to stand firm in their faith. This personal transformation doesn’t just impact individual officers—it ripples outward, touching families, agencies, and entire communities with the hope and love of Christ.
FCPO chapters bring this commitment to life through regular Bible studies and discipleship gatherings. At the center of this effort is our Faith Training Officer (FTO) program, developed in partnership with the Christian Business Men’s Connection. Whether through small groups or connecting one-on-one, officers are challenged and equipped to not only apply biblical truth to their own lives but to boldly share it with others in their sphere of influence.
Our goal is simple but powerful: to help officers become spiritual reproducers. Through the FTO program and regular chapter involvement, members grow deeper in their relationship with Christ and are equipped to intentionally disciple others, multiplying their impact for the Kingdom of God.
In a profession that can often feel dark and isolating, FCPO members are becoming bright lights—leaders who carry faith, hope, and the life-changing message of Jesus into every corner of the law enforcement world.
